Hi there! My name is Mai, and I am a 21-year-old baker living in Toronto, ON. I have always had a passion for baking, which led me to start my own baking business at the young age of 17, in 2020.

Over the past 5 years, I have been honing my baking skills, trying out new recipes and perfecting old ones. I have always been fascinated by the science of baking, the way that seemingly simple ingredients can come together to create something truly special.

My business is run from home, where I create only the best and freshest desserts. I believe that using high-quality ingredients is essential to create the perfect dessert, and I take great care in selecting each and every one of them. Whether it’s a classic chocolate chip cookie or an elaborate layer cake, I put my heart and soul into every baked good I make. 

I am constantly experimenting with new flavors and techniques, always striving to improve my skills and create something new and exciting. I love sharing my passion for baking with others and seeing the joy on their faces when they take that first bite of a delicious treat.
